During his career, Tim has held various general management and CEO roles in which he was responsible for selling and delivering various types of software and related services. As such, he has extensive experience in P&L responsibility, developing business and working with investors as well as ultimately successfully selling companies with all that entails. In addition, Tim fulfils various roles as a shareholder and advisor to various companies. Tim has built up considerable expertise in digital commerce, procurement, and accounts payable automation and has extensive experience in merging and integrating business units acquired through acquisitions. In recent years, Tim has been active as a member of the Executive Leadership team at an international listed company in the field of Business Spend Management. Tim has a strong strategic profile and is always looking for operational excellence.

About Paul is a SaaS technology executive with over 20 years of industry experience specializing on cloud-based software and services being marketed to enterprises of all sizes across different industries with a passion for growing companies where business strategy and organizational change successfully come together. As co-founder Paul developed a European local tech company to a globally recognized provider and Gartner Magic Quadrant player for the Source-to-Pay domain. Defining company and product strategy, P&L responsibility, preparing and executing M&A. Experience with both Private Equity and industrial M&A segments. Highly experienced within technology, digitalization, sales, business development and internationalization. People focused leadership on fast growing international environments. Experience in roles ranging from founder to corporate senior executive building and running small teams in start-up phase as well as being responsible for legal entities with more than 100 members of staff on an enterprise level. Expert on solutions for digital commerce, procurement, invoice processing and payments. Initiated the development of many new applications and the unification of acquired companies while collaborating closely with different stakeholders. Over the last years held leadership roles in product strategy and product management, customer experience, and implementation of new technologies.
